How to Use Your Grillz Mold Kit

Getting custom grillz from Gilces The Jeweler is easy, even if you're outside Houston. Follow these steps carefully to create an accurate impression for the best possible fit.

1. Mix Your Putty

Mix the two impression putties together quickly and thoroughly until they become one consistent color. Place the mixed putty evenly into the impression tray.

2. Take Your Impression

Center the tray over your teeth. Push upward for top teeth or downward for bottom teeth until your teeth are fully covered and the gumline is captured.

Do not bite down on the tray.

3. Hold Until Set

Keep the tray firmly in place without moving it until the impression material has completely hardened.

4. Check Your Mold

Carefully remove the tray. A good mold should clearly show each tooth, spaces between your teeth and your gumline without major bubbles or missing areas.

Keep the mold inside the tray.

5. Send Us Photos

Before shipping your mold back, send Gilces The Jeweler clear photos of the front, top and sides so we can make sure your impression is usable.

Do not ship your mold until it has been approved.

6. Ship Your Mold Back

Once approved, securely package your mold and ship it back to us. After we receive and inspect it, we can begin creating your custom-fitted grillz.
